Ostinato for spokes
The audio identity for #1 Dutch bicycle brand Royal Dutch Gazelle is based on the sound of tuned spokes, played like strings as if it were a harp. Together with a few other musical elements and a central melody I designed a framework to make all musical outings of Gazelle immediately recognizable.
The audio logo, a mainly rhythmical translation of the central melody, was produced solely with recorded bicycle sounds.
